Rob Reiner was found dead at his Brentwood neighborhood home, both suffering stab wounds consistent with an apparent murder charge by law enforcement officials who responded to an emergency medical aid call that afternoon. They both suffered fatal injuries that appeared consistent with that charge from law enforcement’s initial examination of their deaths on Sunday afternoon.
Robbery Homicide Division detectives of Los Angeles Police Department have begun an investigation and, to date, no arrests or suspects have been publicly named as part of this incident.
